The Team:


Chase Data & Analytics Team unifies data and analytics talent across Chase to responsibly leverage data to build competitive advantages for our businesses with value and protection for customers. The Auto Finance Data & Analytics team utilizes data, analytics, visualization and advanced analytics to drive meaningful impacts for our customers, dealers and partners. The position


As a Process Manager, the role resides within the Auto Analytics team and is responsible for managing the team’s control strategy and processes related to data analytics and reporting activities. In this role you would run an intake system for data and reporting projects and requests. You will perform prioritization and agile method based delivery coordination.  You will manage inventory of reports in structured manner and perform recertification of use and requirements with business owners. You are expected to understand risk categorization of inventory of data activities and reports. You will be responsible for access management of shared assets including SharePoint sites, Shared drives, Active Directory Groups, Distribution lists, shared mail boxes, FIDs etc.


You will work with IT and other control partners to design control tools and systems that ensure the organization’s compliance with enterprise wide Reporting and Analytics control standards. This includes strong background in tools like JIRA project management, SharePoint workflow, Confluence, Git bitbucket, SVN etc.


The Process Manager will also collaborate with the CCB D&A Control team, business and operations partners, and other corporate support functions to support the development and implementation of changes in control policies and procedures. You will develop and modify system procedures, process flow charts, Job Aids and other training materials. You will execute training on new control tools, features, procedures



Technical Requirements


  • Experience in Installation, configuration and customization of process management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.

  • Experience with code repository libraries such as Bit bucket, SVN

  • Expertise in development and review business requirement and technical specification documents to coordinate discussions between business users and development teams.

  • Create issues/requests, plan sprints and develop mechanism of work distribution

  • Develop queries and user reports and visualization dashboards to manage tasks and pipeline

  • Customization of vendor tools to business specific use cases including project types, screens and workflow patterns.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, Visio and Excel

  • Develop pilot programs of changes and plan implementation, develop test cases, conduct UAT testing, conduct training and execute rollout.

  • Execute mitigation/control testing with a high degree of quality and accurate results

  • Communicate testing results clearly to business partners and control support teams

  • Direct experience in data and analytics organization or support function and demonstrated ability to develop basic reporting and analytics in Oracle, Teradata or Big Data environments.

  • Solid query building skills via BI tools or SQL programming

  • Visualization BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects etc. is plus


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of  experience in controls and process management, audit preparedness for a data analytics and reporting organization is required

  • Bachelor's degree is required and advanced degree is a plus

  • 5+ years in the financial services industry required with a strong track record working across organizational lines and progressively increasing responsibilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrates very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency

  • Self-motivation and orientation to detail

  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment.

  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with teammates, key stakeholders, and business and functional experts and influence decision outcomes

  • Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands
