CCB Technology Office of the CIO is part of a cross-functional team under Finance & Business Management that supports the CCB Chief Information Officer. This role will have interaction with the CIO of CCB and the CCB Technology F&BM Leadership team and reports to the CIO Business Management lead. Key functional areas of the F&BM organization include: financial controls, investment insights, value measurement, business management, strategy development, organizational engagement, portfolio controls, workforce strategy and vendor management.

Successful candidates should have about 7+ years’ of experience in consulting and/or strategy, though we value those with the right skill sets more than the length of time you’ve worked. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy handling complexity. Key responsibilities:

  • Support key leadership forums and events; oversee forward agenda and materials for these activities, including monthly offsites, C-suite business reviews, town halls, external and industry events and ad-hoc executive presentations and projects.
  • Coordinate various Global Technology and CCB deliverables – GT EMR, Monthly Business Reviews for Global Technology, CCB and CCB Technology and work to automate through dashboards delivered through the CCB Insights Portal
  • Support the Business Management lead in executing an integrated CCB Technology communications and engagement strategy that’s aligned to CCB and Global Technology priorities; increase organization’s profile across the firm and drive engagement across all levels through multiple channels.
  • Work closely with key partners, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to develop and syndicate key content and ensure communications are consistent for lines of businesses across CCB Technology.
  • Support strategic initiatives work; manage key presentations to senior management on critical topics, usually ad-hoc in nature.


  • A minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Technology consulting and/or strategy; preferably in Financial Services and/or Consumer Banking.
  • Flexible in his/her work style, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value added activities.
  • Ability to closely partner with senior managers and other stakeholders on projects.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal executive-level communications skills.
  • Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations.
  • An eye for clean and artful design and customer experience with a focus on delivery through dashboards and automated solutions.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.
