Job Description

Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Digital organization provides support for the CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance and Merchant Services. Chase serves approximately one out of every six Americans through more than 5,600 bank branches; 19,000 ATMs; mortgage offices; online and mobile banking; as well as relationships with auto dealerships, schools and universities. Chase.com is the most visited banking portal in United States, and Chase Mobile users are growing at a rate of nearly 350,000 per month. The successful candidate has a consultative style and can skillfully work with business partners, and senior executives to successfully deliver data and analytic reporting. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking with strong problem solving skills, superior analytical skills and is an effective communicator.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with key partners and stakeholders to enhance existing reporting processes and develop analytic models to support digital business
  • Produce analytical and operational reports and metrics using SQL, ALTERYX, SAS, Tableau or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives.
  • Ability to independently review reports and develop analytical recommendations.
  • Develop and execute upon reporting or analytical needs associated with business process changes


Qualifications:

  • BachelorĂ¢€™s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related majors
  • 8 years of related experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting, project management)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytics, interpretive and problem solving skills with proficiency in data mining and analytical methods
  • Extensive and strong working knowledge of analytic functions and tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Pitchpro). SQL, SharePoint, and WebStats experience preferred.
  • Experience with dynamic and interactive visualization/reporting applications such as Tableau
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages such as Python, SAS, Java, R, JavaScript, C++, Scala
  • Experience in relational databases including proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, and must be detail oriented
  • Self-starter, with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and sometimes challenging environment
