The Loan Delivery Engineering Leader will lead feature delivery end-to-end across the loan origination process, leveraging expert systems engineering, Agile frameworks, and DevOps practices to bring innovative solutions to market with reliability, speed, and quality.  This individual will manage one or more cross-functional, cross-component Development Teams.  They are responsible for building and developing talent in their teams, so they’re equipped to complete any item in the First Mortgage Product Backlog.  They cultivate a culture of stop-and-fix to protect the team’s reputation for excellence in engineering.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

•             BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

•             Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

•             Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes

•             Keen understanding of financial control and budget management

•             Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

•             Expert J2EE and Oracle development experience, Progress experience highly preferred

•             Expert domain driven design experience

•             Full stack development experience - Linux, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, Mesos, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka, Hadoop, and Storm

•             Large Scale Scrum delivery experience, leveraging both feature team and tribe-based continuous improvement techniques

•             Must be passionate about fostering a culture of craftsmanship and curiosity
