Senior UI/UX Software Engineer

Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Expertise in UX software such as InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, , React.js, Angular, Adobe Cs, Quartz Composer, and the like. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a user experience design professional
  • Has evaluated the goals and opportunities of a high profile, high value initiative and then worked to develop a program of work for the UX work stream which has included user research and synthesis, concept creation, design, specifications, design acceptance testing, and deployment
  • Experience designing applications within complex business domains
  • Demonstrable experience designing rich interactions for desktop, web, native, responsive form factors
