Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer& Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others


We are actively seeking a Vice-President to have direct ownership and accountability for the execution of Portfolio Risk’s High Risk Account Management and Recession Readiness Strategies.  The role provides a  unique opportunity to own and operate a set of business strategies.

    • Sponsor large scale infrastructure projects that deploy new capabilities and risk strategies
    • Manage day to day oversight and execution of line and recession management actions on a portfolio of more than 65MM active accounts
    • Lead change through an agile approach including the development of business requirements, data needs and other change management activities
    • Be accountable for full process ownership including process design, monitoring and controls
    • Conduct comprehensive process reviews that actively identify and solve process gaps, drive improvements and continually assess and address regulatory impacts.
    • Partner with various areas and forums as part of overall execution ownership including Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Technology.
    • Interact with Lending and Servicing leadership to ensure treatments can be effectively targeted and executed in an Operations environment and to identify and respond to customer's needs and reactions to strategy changes

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent job experience
  • 5 years Consumer credit lending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of consumer credit and lending regulatory standards preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and relationships
  • Effectively lead and develop a high performing team with strong performance management skills
  • Successfully manage to tight timelines for complex deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, drive results and influence change across the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills
