The CCB Data & Analytics Team unifies data and analytics talent across Chase to responsibly leverage data to build competitive advantages for our businesses with value and protection for customers.  The team encompasses a variety of Data & Analytics disciplines, from data governance and data strategy/partnerships to reporting, data science and machine learning, and are actively engaged in ensuring impact at the front-line and the customer through Sales and Marketing transformation.  We have a strong partnership with our dedicated Technology partners, who provide us with our cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. We are actively seeking a Marketing Analytics Sr. Associate to drive strategic analytics across the Chase Auto lines of business.  This dynamic position will be focused on translating customer data into insights to drive business and marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.  In this role, the individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to develop and influence critical initiatives that will shape the future of our business. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and marketing strategies for the Chase Auto products

  • Collaborate and act as a subject matter expert to internal teams on compiling/analyzing data,  setting up tests and reads, and defining tagging strategy on Chase Auto digital assets

  • Drive growth strategy recommendations at both a product and channel level through various segmentation methodologies (audience design, test constructs and measuring success)

  • Deliver executive reporting/dashboards to provide clear line of sight into key performance trends and metrics for management

  • Lead optimization effort for chase.com on-site ad campaigns, and effectively communicate results and recommendations to inform future campaigns and creative

  • Develop new audience segmentation based on internal and external attributes driving growth and innovation


  • Strong knowledge and use of various analytical tools and techniques (SAS, SQL, Python, R, statistical modeling, Adobe Insight, Google Analytics)

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related discipline (statistics, applied economics, finance, mathematics, engineering)

  • Masters with 3+ years advanced analytics experience or PhD with 2+ years advanced analytics experience in large data environment preferred

  • Superior analytic and problem solving skills

  • Adept at navigating relational databases

  • Practical knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, text mining

  • Comfortable explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences of varying levels of expertise

  • Intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning

  • Self-motivated, positive thinker

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
