Responsibilities:

  • Apply industry insight and product expertise to identify new cash management opportunities in the Public Sector, at the Federal level
  • Partner with North America Payable & Receivables product managers to consult, collaborate and design solutions for the Public Sector
  • Assist Public Sector Sales team win new business by supporting the client calling strategy, product education and promotion of JPMorgan’s expertise
  • Provide support for RFPs, pricing strategy / modeling, and business cases
  • Oversee product development and investment planning for this client segment
  • Support Senior Product Manager to meet revenue, expense, client profitability and strategic initiative objectives.
  • Work with internal partners to understand and evaluate legal, compliance and risk considerations for delivering products to departments, bureaus or agencies of the US Government
  • Maintain Product Profile and key marketing content on Sales Hub, including pitch books, to ensure Sales, Product Specialists and Service are able to locate Public Sector materials

  • Treasury Services cash management experience and knowledge of core TS products in the U.S. (payment/receivables)
  • Experience developing products and/or marketing those services
  • Working experience managing successful relationships, marketing or servicing Public Sector clients, particularly at the federal level (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, attentive to details and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, make recommendations to improve efficiencies
  • Strong Communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to lead/facilitate meetings
  • Ability to work constructively and professionally with all partners and management levels of the firm
