Our Team
 
 

Within Securities Operations there are 3 primary functions: Account Transfers, Reconciliations, and supporting the Performance Analytics Group (PAG).   This role is responsible for managing the tactical and strategic initiatives for these teams and includes assessing new opportunities and business needs, prioritizing outstanding initiatives, and allocating and managing the project resources to meet objectives.

 
Responsibilities
 
  • Document current state processes including control points, dependencies and systems leveraged

  • Work with key Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders to define project requirements, document deliverables, and plan timelines within the Security Operations area

  • Develop business requirements, testing plans and implementation plans leveraging team resources

  • Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) across all impacted teams and test new functionality and enhancements

  • Define timelines and goals and manage team to meet the project objectives

  • Own complex project phases, engaging key stakeholders as needed

  • Partner with Technology and stakeholders to resolve issues including technology solutions, procedural improvements and tactical fixes

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

    Qualifications 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

  • Prior project management experience preferred

  • 1-2  years of experience within a financial services field preferred; securities industry preferred

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves multiple teams and individuals

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and achieve consensus

  • Strong analytical and organization skills

  • Experienced in workflow analysis and documentation

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients and service partners
