The Role: 

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Activation & Optimization Manager to help manage and execute programs across paid, earned, and owned channels. Applicants must have demonstrated expertise in acquisition or demand generation marketing - ranging across search marketing, digital display advertising, owned and operated channels, and social media marketing.

 

The successful candidate is an experienced project and digital campaign manager, skilled in executing on high-impact, tactical marketing programs that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative.

 

Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, and the ability to execute daily at the highest level. Having a strong analytical foundation is required. The successful candidate understands marketing technology, automation, and CRM systems along with partnering with BI in maintaining and improving lead databases, scoring, and segmentation to support execution.  This is an opportunity for the right candidate to optimize and elevate the Demand Generation function by working successfully with regional marketing managers, stakeholders, and agency partners to generate results through the flawless execution of performance programs.

 

In addition to executing a variety of programs, the candidate will demonstrate strong and organized budget management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure positive outcomes for all assigned responsibilities.

 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Execute demand generation plans and help optimize results via key media channels to improve KPI's and outputs in partnership with regional stakeholders, Business Intelligence and Marketing Specialist areas

  • Collaborate with brand partners for integrated brand to demand strategy

  • Activate cross-channel inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, web, display, live/digital events, etc.

  • Work with stakeholders to Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels

  • Own the reporting cadence and discipline. Measure performance based on the established measurement framework (in collaboration with the Performance Analytics function) and provide optimization recommendations to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with other team members across the organization so that all components of a campaign are orchestrated flawlessly: strategy, messaging, branding, creative, trafficking, tagging, etc.

  • Understand the role of pixels/cookies in targeting and remarketing within the digital media space. Apply that knowledge in the activation of campaigns to ensure the proper execution of dependent tactics

  • Oversee the execution of email campaign via 3rd party agency provider

  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies

  • Use relationship management skills to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with cross-functional team members

 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels

  • Knowledge of PPC, Search marketing, SEO, Paid Social, Email & CRM, and programmatic

  • Intellectual curiosity, drive; self-starter
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, BS or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive marketing & performance analytics experience in B2B/technology/finance/acquisition

  • Knowledge of the MarTech landscape and proficiency with marketing tools/technologies such as: Google Analytics, DCM, DSPs, DMPs, Datorama, MOAT, IAS, SFMC, Marketo, Adobe products, etc.
