WM Onboarding Change Delivery and Execution
The WM Onboarding Change Management team supports Client Onboarding in the management and execution of strategic projects and initiatives impacting the Client Onboarding organization.

 

The individual will oversee Documentation Management, specifically focusing on the US Private Bank (USPB) and JP Morgan Securities (JPMS). They will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of documentation, creating a framework for managing change requests, and working with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of changes.  They will be part of a team that globally supports changes to the operating model, processes, and technology, working to drive forward initiatives to help facilitate control integration and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities -include below but are not limited to:


  • Develop and maintain an inventory of documentation, create a framework for managing change requests, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of changes


Partner with Onboarding, Technology, Risk & Controls, Tax, Legal, Marketing, and Training teams to obtain and warehouse approvals, ensure documents are fully tested and properly triggered in opening systems, and information is fully communicated to staff and management in written bulletins, training sessions, meetings, SharePoint, intranet pages, and matrices.


  • Act as an advisor to the stakeholders on documentation


  • Effectively manage scope of projects/changes and capture end-to-end requirements including triggers and field mapping


  • Act as a project manager on development of documentation related technology tools that will be used by the Onboarding organization


  • Report status updates to senior management and communicate changes to all impacted stakeholders


  • Facilitate meetings and prepare documentation/meeting minutes as necessary

  • Document and write business project plans and user stories
  • Create and support various management reporting tools, including scorecards, weekly executive summaries, and other executive reporting needs



 


 




Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining organization and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Account Opening documentation
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
  • Effective in a team setting but is also a self-starter and is able to operate with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including dispute resolution
  • Highly motivated
  • Can quickly adapt to work flow variation and change
  • Forward-looking and creative thinker  
  • Experience with Account Opening (AO) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and documentation preferred
  • Experience in financial services/banking industry, with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in Product Ownership/Project Management
  • Experience with facilitating meetings among stakeholders on various levels within the organization
  • Experience in creating executive level reporting
