The Business and Commercial Digital team focuses on initiatives across business banking and commercial banking lines of business within Chase. The group consists of segment leads and product managers who work closely with many lines of businesses (e.g, Business Banking and Commercial banking), developers, interactive designers, marketers, and project support and operations staff.

Position Overview

Chase is seeking a highly effective, structured, disciplined and influential Field Readiness and Go-to-Market Manager to support the Business Banking Digital team. This role will serve as primary lead for all field readiness and go-to-market activities for Business Banking Digital; including creation of the rollout plans, marketing communications, internal and external communications for the entire roadmap and all digital features being developed for Business Banking, irrespective of where the development may be happening. The role is a key piece in ensuring we are delivering the best experiences to our growing client population.



Responsibilities


  • Own, lead and manage rollout for all digital features for Business Banking on web and mobile channels.

  • Develop a tight knit process of execution of rollout plan in agile environment

  • Ensure connectivity into existing processes within the bank for delivery of field readiness items

  • Track, manage, report on rollout metrics, success criteria for all digital features on the roadmap

  • Assess impact of digital features being developed outside of our tribe on Business Banking and manage all client and banker communications accordingly.

  • Manage a field calendar of all key activities hitting the clients or bankers

  • Write and coordinate review and distribution of internal and external communications for the Business Bank Digital Team, including 1) Notices for planned events, including client newsletters, internal communications, secure messages, etc.; 2) Notices for unplanned events, such as production issues, outages, or other events with significant client impact.

  • Participate in the digital project life cycle for communications related products including, writing business requirements/stories, testing, assisting with production ticket research/escalations, and keeping documentation up to date.

  • Manage product intranet pages, ensuring that all documentation is kept up-to-date.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, including detailed campaign reporting working with product managers and other stakeholders.

  • Create, edit and manage marketing materials, including quick start guides, marketing sheets, videos, newsletters, and other campaign-related materials.

  • Create target lists for marketing campaigns, usability sessions, and communication distribution.

  • Partner with all members of the BCB Digital Team and other teams, such as Business Banking Change Readiness, Business Banking Marketing, Training, Product, Digital/technology, special projects teams and stakeholders (including legal, compliance and other lines of business).

  • Create and update internal training materials (in-person and computer-based training).

  • Coordinate and test updates to the Chase Business Online Interactive Demo.  Create and maintain a demo script for sale and additional demos as needed.

  • Create, manage and analyze internal research (i.e., call monitoring, CSP survey, etc)

  • Consultation and recommendations for UI design issues including reviews for content, consistency, clarity, and usability.

  • Experience managing the design, printing and distribution of marketing collateral



 

 Qualifications


  • 8+ years of management, communications, marketing or relevant experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills are a must
  • Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model;
  • Experience in Small Business and/or Middle Market Financial Services product management (payments, lending, deposits)
  • Experience in management consulting/strategy development
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills across multiple functional areas, including Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and across at senior management levels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and cross LOB teams and interact with all management levels.
  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects under tight deadlines, and able to respond to issues quickly and creatively.
  • Ability to navigate a large and complex organization.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe programs (InDesign, Acrobat).  Experience with Tableau and JIRA is also desired (but not required).
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase;
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure;
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team;
  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus.
