Responsible for coordinating all operations for the Commercial Effectiveness & Training department specifically related to meetings and trainings (live and virtual), new hire onboarding, contract and LMS management and other administrative or operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordinator for live and virtual CET trainings and meetings; partners with CET teammates and other cross-functional colleagues to ensure seamless execution
  • Manages the new hire onboarding process including maintaining documentation, shipping materials, communicating information, etc.
  • Manages CET communication platform and assists CET leadership with commercial field communication
  • Partners with CET leadership to schedule and facilitate regular team/cross-functional meetings; Supports interdepartmental or cross-functional projects as necessary
  • Maintains CET budget and contract tracker
  • Coordinates the printing and production of CET materials, and shipping/distribution to field employees as needed
  • Manages department files via BOX and keeps materials organized and current
  • Liaison between legal and finance to manage commercial procurement and contracts, initiate and coordinate requests for purchase orders and contracts, e.g. master services agreements, statements of work, confidentiality agreements, etc.
  • Performs project assistance/administration responsibilities and other assignments as directed
  • Manages expense reporting for CET leadership
  • Vendor liaison as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered. Bachelors degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and proficient with Outlook, word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (power point).

Must possess:

  • Knowledge of best practices, business processes and commercial systems.
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-sufficient
  • Working knowledge of Webex-type platforms, Outlook, Microsoft programs and other common business tools
  • Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information

Scope:

Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment and independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
