The Strategy Manager will be responsible for the following: 
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to support the development of Chase Auto’s long term strategic plan
  • Supporting the design and implementation of both annual and long-term strategic plans
  • Driving on-going competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Leading or contributing to a variety of high priority projects aligned to further position the business for sustainable growth
  • Supporting business development and sales effectiveness initiatives
The Strategy Manager should have a collaborative approach and be able to effectively work across the organization to gain insights on key strategic issues and opportunities, develop solutions, and present findings. He/she will need to be versatile and have a solid skill set so he/she can independently juggle multiple responsibilities to deliver results.


  • 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy development, client engagement, competitive intelligence, market analysis, product innovation, data analytics, and operational excellence
  • Proven experience with problem solving and developing solutions that impact broad organizations
  • Financial services experience
  • Demonstrated experience in working with both quantitative and conceptual analysis
  • Financial acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive business reviews
  • Expertise in innovation and the ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions
  • Proven ability to build cohesive partnerships, work across businesses and engage with senior leaders
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly desired; experience with pitch pro and database management a plus
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly desired
  • Auto finance industry experience preferred
  • Management Consulting experience preferred
