Lobiettivo dello stage di acquisire competenze come Product Support Specialist, comprendere il business model della Divisione Diabete, le tematiche di privacy e gestione del contatto diretto con i pazienti, nonch la comprensione, lutilizzo e la capacit di erogare supporto sui prodotti di Medtronic Minimed.


Il tirocinante, in supporto al Manager e a tutto il team, si occuper principalmente di:


- assistenza tecnica su piattaforme del gruppo informatics (CareLink Platform);

- gestione del parco macchine Medtronic Minimed e relativi processi connessi;

- gestione CRM e complaints, estrazione dati, gestione attivit post-vendita e supporto pre-vendita e supporto su ordini e sblocco ordini;

- gestione pump returns/reverse logistics e sostituzioni in garanzia dei dispositivi;

- programmi di aderenza terapeutica tramite outbound calls di natura tecnica.


Sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:


- Laurea in ingegneria biomedica;

- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e ottimo rapporto con le nuove tecnologie;

- forte propensione al lavoro di team, motivazione e flessibilit;

- competenze informatiche e sistemistiche avanzate costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
