    About The Job

    This job is a member of the IOC Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for ensuring IOC time keeping and tracking is accounted for accurately.

     

    Specifically, you’ll do the following:

    • Responsible for IOC timekeeping consisting of creation and administering dispatcher, central load planning (CLP) and IOC specialists schedules
    • Ensures all other time-keeping duties such as accuracy of payroll are in compliance with associated labor agreements and employee payroll guidance
    • Assists the analysts with the time keeping, schedule and vacation bid
    • Responsible for supply tracking/ordering
    • Provides vacation relief, support and assist the other analysts as required

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • ​High School diploma or GED equivalency
    • On-the-job analytical experience

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
    • Knowledge and experience of 10-key data entry
    • Computer proficient (Minimum typing skill of at least 50 w.p.m.)
    • Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
    • Must be highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, reliability and schedule flexibility
    • Employee scheduling creation and administration knowledge
    • Task oriented with attention to detail skills; results driven
