About The Job

This job is a member of the Support Staff Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department.


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Creates, tracks and maintains various files, i.e. tooling catalog records
  • Files certificates such as tooling/equipment proofload, and other records
  • Maintains WorkBrain entries for all employees
  • Acts as a backup when needed
  • This is a shift work position which could require you to work nights/weekends and/or holidays.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge and experience in computers and various Microsof Office Applications
  • Ability to use PowerPoint 
  • Must have a professional working manner
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be very organized
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment witht he ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Staff Admin, COGNOS, Sharepoint and Auota
