Our Credit Card Customer Service group provides exceptional customer service to Chase brand and Co-brand credit account customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, verifying account information and identifying our customerĂ¢€™s needs. Specialists will be well versed in products and services and will be able answer customerĂ¢€™s inquiries that may include balance inquiries, balance transfers, payments, fees, and disputes. Specialists will take ownership to resolve customer requests, concerns and complaints to drive customer satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend Chase to others.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
  • Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred

Work Schedule:

Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter.

This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled and the hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
