ADP is hiring a Senior Demand Marketing Manager/Sales Campaign Developer. In this position you will support the development of omni-channel sales and marketing programs to support BU and corporate-wide focused demand generation. Development of an end-to-end campaign development process including working in partnership with sales and marketing functions to convert desired business outcomes into campaign and program executables leveraging best practices in digital marketing, demand generation, creative design, lead management, data driven marketing and sales enablement. Uses specific measures and tactics to determine process efficiencies and optimization in sales lead management and marketing lead program implementation.

  • Partners with sales and marketing leaders/functions to develop campaigns and programs which map to specific business outcomes
  • Development of sales and marketing programs, including digital marketing, demand/lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and sales campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales organization
  • Leads the development and activation of new marketing and sales materials and programs across multiple channels (i.e. direct mail, email, digital, sales, direct/indirect, interactive content, collateral, etc.) and ensures that materials are updated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates with corporate marketing to setup website support and lead distribution and develop tactics to maintain sales and marketing engagement with non-sales ready leads.
  • Ensures appropriate salesforce.com and Eloqua tracking, fulfillment and lead distribution is in place for launched demand generation initiatives.
  • Identify and leverage prior executed campaigns, programs, and web assets to simplify deliverables and streamline program development process.
  • Identify and share best practices to enable synergies and economies of scale to be realized across the entire organizational entity.
  • Manage responsibility for all legal and internal stakeholder approval for assigned programs and campaigns.
  • Proactively monitors emerging B2B demand generation market strategies and tactics to identify potential new opportunities for ADP.
  • Manages, schedules and controls daily activities and budget of projects with cross-functional management of teams across Sales Operations & Corporate Marketing. This may include very complex campaigns that require a highly strategic approach to development.
  • Escalates requests for incremental funding if deemed necessary.



  • Must have over 5 years of proven internal or external to ADP Demand Generation experience including cross functional projects.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:


  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects across functions.  Experience in leading and directing multi-level teams.
  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing, demand generation and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of maintaining effective Project Team relationships in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Possess a proven ability to work effectively with an aggressive, demanding client and ADP project teams.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and have a high tolerance for stress.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills for management multiple, diverse and conflicting projects.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and present to multi-level organization, including senior leadership, in a project-oriented setting where project risk is substantial.
  • Oracle Eloqua marketing automation and Salesforce.com CRM experience preferred.
  • Project management skills and platform (such as Workfront) experience preferred
