Loyola University Maryland is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Partner to provide senior-level HR operational and strategic support to faculty, staff and administrators. Liaison with line groups and Payroll/HRIS to interpret and approve unusual payment arrangements or agreements. Provide strategic support to internal constituents to align HR practices with institutional goals. Additional HR focus areas are in professional development, training and policy and procedure development and/or other areas as assigned. Manage the university grievance process and crisis fund process; work with leadership to develop new training programs. Provide senior-level support to other HR partners as needed.
