The Senior Associate will be responsible for key strategic initiatives that will drive both long term and short term growth and improve customer engagement for both Freedom products and Slate. This is a fast paced, dynamic role and will focus on engaging the customer holistically with Chase through key strategic initiatives.   

The candidate will collaborate with experts from Chase’s Centers of Excellence (ex: Customer Marketing Group, Retention, Marketing Services, Ultimate Rewards,  Risk & Analytics and Controls teams) to build strategies and execute.

Key areas of responsibilities include:

• Create the Existing Customer curriculum for two new product refreshes for the Freedom 5% as well as Freedom Unlimited in 2020.
• Manage the strategy, targeting and execution for Global Marketing campaigns e.g. Spend and gets, Embedded payments, Mobile engagement etc.
• Be on point to ensure all communications being sent to the Freedom/Slate customers are relevant based on pre-defined customer segment principles
• Create and manage a new Freedom Newsletter to consolidate multiple communications sent to the customers to improve opt-out rates and improve customer experience
• Work closely with internal partners to enable more trigger based actions, delivering personalization and email relevance across the entire Mass Affluent customer base

• Co-lead the marketing plans for My Chase Loan and My Chase Plan in close partnership with the Lending team

• Manage the Chase.com banners strategy and execution for Freedom and Slate

• Create and manage the marketing curriculum for ongoing Slate and Freedom Bundled offers
