Role Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this Business System Analyst role is to ensure deployment of and ongoing alignment to company standard security policies and technologies. The Business System Analyst will work with partners in Global Information Protection, Global Business Services, local IS and business partners.
  • Maintain security patching levels on manufacturing system infrastructure and applications
  • Provide technical leadership to assess impact of software changes
  • Lead strategic, architecture, and design discussions to optimize processes to maintain cybersecurity, assess threats, and develop analytic reports
  • Ensure alignment with the global platform architecture and enterprise architecture standards
  • Investigate root cause and provide general support for deviations, non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions


Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of information systems experience

OR

Associate's degree plus 6 years of information systems experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of information systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

The Business System Analyst should have a demonstrated work history of working with computer systems from inception to deployment to maintenance and a general to good understanding of OS and application lifecycle maintenance.
  • Familiarity with current operating system patching processes and tools such as SCCM and WSUS
  • Preferred, but not required is familiarity with security tools such as Cylance, Tanium, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Data Loss Protection, NXLog, Tachyon, Forticlient, Bitlocker, Avecto
  • Experience with manufacturing automation systems
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Ability to analyze problems, process complex data, establish facts, and decision
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication at all interpersonal levels
  • Good project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality work (documentation, presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc.)
  • Experience working in a validated (GxP) environment, building validation requirements and managing QA approvals
