The JPMorgan Chase Employer Brand Marketing team creates and manages global integrated recruitment marketing campaigns for the firm’s three brands: J.P. Morgan, Chase and JPMorgan Chase. These campaigns support the wholesale, retail and corporate recruiting initiatives to attract top talent to the firm. Campaign elements include: research, content, digital, media, events, creative development and more. 


In this role, you’ll be on the forefront of firmwide and global marketing for JPMorgan Chase and will play an integral part in the strategy, planning and execution of content-led marketing programs reach campus and experienced hire candidates in North America.


Key Responsibilities:


You will partner closely with internal marketing teams, recruiting teams and external agencies, with a focus on storytelling and activation. In this role, you will lead the strategy and manage the execution of North America content-led marketing programs while collaborating closely with EMEA and APAC teams to execute on a global plan.



The work is very dynamic, including, but not limited to: 

  • Owning the North America content partnership strategy, identifying meaningful integration opportunities and developing relationships with internal and external content partners
  • Establishing a content framework across key distribution channels, including the JPMorgan Chase Careers website, owned social media channels and paid media channels
  • Driving user engagement and conversion by identifying unique stories within the firm that showcase JPMorgan Chase’s culture, work, and innovation
  • Overseeing related distribution plans and execution in partnership with the firm’s paid media organization
  • Building and managing strong relationships with key business stakeholders and internal partners
  • Overseeing the logistics and process improvements related to your core scope 
  • Managing and tracking budgets and key KPIs aligned to campaigns
  • Continuing education on the current media ecosystem and consumption habits through use of internal/external competitive insights, including reporting and analysis, to make ongoing audience, process, and program recommendations
  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects aligned to recruitment marketing campaigns that may not necessary be related to content


Skills required:

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, audience journeys and possess expert analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data points and make recommendations. It is critical for the candidate to be able to manage projects and assignments in a very fast-paced environment. A background in content strategy would be an asset. We look for candidates with the following qualities:

  • Strong marketing acumen with an ability to identify opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
  • Experience working with marketing agencies
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong partnership and influencing skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership potential
  • Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a matrix organization
  • Self-starter; able to work independently, but also as part of a global team
  • Willingness to join early morning and evening calls as needed to communicate with global team
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Occasional travel may be required
