Serve as a resource for colleagues in Recognition and Stewardship, providing research and administrative skills in support of a variety of special projects.

  • Demonstrated research and analytic skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and good judgment.
  • Proficiency in MS: Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience with Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro; familiarity with databases and web-based programs.


Minimum Experience
  • Three to five years of office experience in a complex work environment with a range of design, administrative, and accounting experience.


Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

PROGRAM PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

  • Works with Managing Director and other donor and prospect departmental partners on a wide range of recognition and stewardship projects, to include research and writing activities.
  • Manages workflow request system ( JIRA ); assigns tasks, organizes project delivery, regularly monitors and reports on status of all projects.
  • Provides direct administrative support for the Executive Director (ED), maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Maintains departmental supplies, generating purchase orders and reconciling expenses.
-- Performs other duties as assigned.
