As a member of the Digital Identity & Authentication team, your role will be a software engineer with a focus on understanding the product offering and defining requirements for the technology team.  Role Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert in the product
  • Working with the product team to document Epics for the teams
  • Building out detailed Jira Stories
  • Facilitating Product Backlog Refinement Sessions
  • Participating in all aspects of Agile ceremonies

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages desired
  • Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices 
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture 

 

 

 

 

  • 5+ years experience as Business Analyst with background in Software Engineering
  • Strong and efficient skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and business skills and the ability to deal successfully with complex issues, multiple projects and short deadlines
  • Expert verbal and written communications skills. Ability to listen effectively and credibly present ideas
  • Flexible, with ability to work under minimum direction and use independent judgment in decision-making
  • Good interpersonal skills that allow the individual to effectively interact with all levels of management.  Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
  • Experience partnering across multiple lines of business and/or organizations
