Join our growing Service team! Compu Dynamics has an opening for a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) in our Sterling, VA office!

Essential Functions:

1. Confirm Time and Work Summary Entry Complete for all Techs from Previous Day.

a. Report to Director any Technician Deficiencies for remedy

2. Make follow-up calls to customer to ensure satisfaction from the previous days jobs

3. Send changes to the schedule to the techs as they happen. Keep changes updated in Tech Tool or Sage Dispatch

4. Assist with service billing as needed

5. Stack and Rack Jobs for the next day

6. Order service repair parts and coordinate pick up with technicians

7. Schedule the following week of work and communicate to the techs every Friday

8. Review Open Work Orders and Open POs.

9. Confirm On-Call Schedule Communicate to techs and team no later than Friday

10. Previous Week PM Schedule Missed PMs Communicate to Director and plan to resolve

11. Communicate to Director scheduling issues, customer concerns or compliments

12. Self-Performed PMs Scheduled for the Month

13. Discuss Monthly Billing Goal against Budget

14. Call PM customers for schedule confirmation

15. End of Month Billing Ensure all jobs complete can be billed out

16. Fixed Job Review Hours Allowed vs Hours Used

17. Review with Contract Admin plan for PMs on following month

18. Review PTO Schedule against on call schedule for overlaps.

a. Ensure no more than one tech on PTO at any given time the following month

19. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues. 25. Work to establish a positive working relationship

20. Drive personal or business vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws

21. Operate vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment
