The senior trainer additionally provides leadership coaching and organizational development consulting.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Leads and supports the development, delivery, and/or coordination of skills-based workshops, programs, and materials that address the needs of the broad Dartmouth workforce. 30%
  • Leads the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of Dartmouth's leadership development programs. 30%
  • Provides internal management consulting to the College community regarding organizational development, team building, skills development and change management. 15%
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies. 10%
  • Develops assessment criteria, administers evaluations, analyses results, and recommends improvements to training curriculum. 10%
  • Participates in special projects as required. 5%
