We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will help us to attract exceptional talent to Amyris. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically to design, implement, and manage recruiting programs, as well as roll up the sleeves supporting the team on the day-to-day full-cycle recruiting activities.

Responsibilities:
    • Lead recruiting efforts in alignment with business goals
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting: open job requisitions, conduct needs assessment with hiring managers, resume reviewing & tracking, create & oversee job postings, interview candidates, negotiate and extend offers
    • Partner with business leaders on headcount and talent planning
    • Provide a great candidate experience: define standards for candidate experience, manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, communicating with them in a timely manner, preparing them to interview with specific hiring managers, and providing them with feedback after the interviews
    • Be creative to use tools and resources to identify and attract candidates, including social media, networking groups, etc.
    • Define and track recruiting metrics; present data to the leadership team; provide recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Build and maintain a strong partnership with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, executive team, and the HR team.
    • Build and manage relationship and processes to ensure the effectiveness of third-party staffing agencies
    • Develop and implement programs to monitor and improve diversity & inclusion, such as recruiting initiatives targeting underrepresented demographic groups, unconscious bias training, among others.
    • Design and own initiatives to develop Amyris' employer branding, improving presence in social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, etc.), and engaging with the targeted audience.
    • Partner with the Compensation team to ensure all positions are paid fairly and consistently and ensure budget approvals are in place for all headcount request.


Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of recruiting experience
    • Experience with a variety of talent searches and sourcing techniques
    • Experience managing projects and programs
    • Creative leader who consistently challenges the status quo, think outside the box, demonstrate curiosity and adaptability
    • Ability to think strategically and communicate a clear vision
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating an ability to influence key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and leadership team
    • Able to work on a very fast-paced environment
    • Experience in global organizations is a plus
