As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help achieve business goals – as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.


The Digital Business Services team is chartered with managing and directing the business services supporting major externally facing application components (web and native mobile apps) focusing on the discipline of functional delivery in the area of customer login, enrollment, product enrollment, and data sourcing across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. enterprise.



  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology projects.
  • Concurrently lead multiple technology projects from concept to implementation, and through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide business teams input into project requirements, design and other critical project documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal (business and technology team members) and external (i.e. Apple) customers.
  • Responsible for exceptional verbal and written communication including:
  • Executive level project communication
  • Project risks and issues
  • Project status
  • Facilitate meetings to support the communication responsibility.  Meetings will include project level as well as senior level team members.
  • Triage technical issues and lead teams toward solving problems.
  • Manage all aspects of mobile project budgets.
  • Plan team capacity to accommodate mobile project demands.
  • Coordinate project schedules.
  • Create work estimates based on technology concepts and requirements documentation



  • 12 years technology experience with a minimum of 2 years of technical project management. 
  • Experience with leading projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle.
  • Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Wiki, JIRA, etc.) a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships.
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed diverse project teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with JIRA other defect management software.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
