The Senior Customer Market Research Analyst will support Sustained Engineering (SE) within Global Technology Infrastructure on user research methodology and will help to improve the user experience of SE’s products and services.  The main focus of the role will be to collaborate with internal clients to understand business objectives and to create research plans defining project goal and recommended research methodology.  The role will also be involved in the execution of end-to end research initiatives, such as script development, facilitation, data analysis and report presentation.  Other responsibilities will include formulating survey questions using internal survey tools, conducting internal customer research such as focus groups, usability tests and contextual interviews, developing data driven personas and, constructing journey and empathy maps.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: 

  • 3-5 years hands on product design and research experience in product development
  • Strong experience in various research methods with ability to make recommendations for best approach
  • Understanding and documenting system and data processes flows
  • Experience with writing questionnaires, scales and analyzing survey data
  • Experience with contextual interviews, focus groups, usability tests, card sort studies, and heuristic evaluations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across the globe
  • Experience with Qualtrics strongly preferred.
