About the role

In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of human resources administration while delivering operational supports HR strategies, and projects from organizational effectiveness perspective. Additionally, the incumbent will work with highly confidential information of all staff levels within the organization.

  • Evaluating existing business operations, participating in the development of process changes, and working with management and staff to implement the changes.

Responsibilities include
  • With SME support, conducts need assessments to determine measures required to improve retention and talent management
  • Uses trends, data and information in support to HR programs metrics and talent analytics
  • Determines and develops solutions to Human Resource problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidelines.
  • Advises organization on HR initiatives. Refers more complicated matters.
  • Using general knowledge of the Human Resources fields in consultation with SMEs and Sr Managers, will manage HR projects portfolio.
  • Prepares SR monthly and quarterly report as requested (Corp & Local)
  • Supports OE projects and HR Programs strategies and initiatives (MAP/TMP/etc.)
  • Handle other assigned activities


You will Need:

Master's Degree

Or

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' prior related experience

Beyond that, you will also need:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or other Liberal Arts major
  • 1+ years' experience in human resources fields
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written word
  • General knowledge and understanding of HR processes such as staff relations, recruitment, communication
  • Project and time Management know-how
  • Effective analytical thinking and attention to detail, and ability to apply it in a business context
  • Knowledge on HR analytics and its application of business metrics and operational excellence
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and the ability to learn additional programs as needed
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting a large, complex, global organization / customer base - preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
