Ensuring engagement and quality of available resources in order to deliver high quality and consistent services to all new and/or existing clients across multiple market segments.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey Responsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDesign and manage the resources management plan and Implementation \u0026 Consulting Dashboard;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EForecast resource demand and requirements for the organisation, through engagement with the Sales team and monitoring of the Sales Pipeline;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify risk areas through monitoring, reviewing and reporting;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage and track sales orders and resources to facilitate faster implementations, increased client satisfaction and reduced costs of implementations;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor and ensure all Project Managers and Implementation Consultants comply to scheduling standards;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify, allocate and deploy project resources based on resource capacity and capability across all client projects (in consultation with ADP stakeholders).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify resource gaps and work with multiple teams to ensure resource coverage is achieved;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUse tools and techniques to support project scheduling and project time management, e.g. MS Project Server and/or Salesforce, Siebel, or PlanView;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERaise schedule related issues and risks with Implementation Director;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide ad-hoc and regular reports on implementation and consulting resourcing, progress and master schedule status;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct analysis and report on combined project managers\u0027 and Implementation Consultant status reports /schedules including slippage and variances;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure relevant Implementation checklists/documentation are kept up to date for Sales \u0026 Relationship Management associates;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with all parts of the ADP business, specifically Sales, Relationship Management and MS Service, to identify and deliver any key process/document improvements;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstand all ADP products and appropriate handling of sales orders in order to verify and ensure that only compatible product features/hardware have been sold to clients;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain and report on Backlog, ESI metrics and other efficiency measures;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively manage revenue management system within Implementation, including reporting for the weekly review and capability in relationship building, business partnering and conflict resolution in high pressure and demanding situations requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of payroll/HR would be an advantage;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDetailed understanding of Implementation and Project Management methodologies and resource management tools;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDetailed understanding of Sales and backlog policies and procedures;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAble to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management team level, and demonstrate personal integrity and professional authority in all dealings with colleagues and clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E
