This position is funded by a grant. Continuation is based upon available funds.

Research

  • Participates in the completion of research studies.
  • Works with principal investigator and other lab members to help carry out recruitment and screening procedures. Assists with study recruitment and scheduling.
  • Works with principal investigator and other lab members to refine study protocols and to assist with the production of study documents (e.g., study protocol documents and study questionnaires.
  • Works with principal investigator and other lab members to adhere to committee for the protection of human subjects requirements.
  • Carries out study visit tasks and procedures including obtaining participant consent and assent and maintaining study visit documentation.
  • Enters data as needed and maintains data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Performs support functions for the lab including, but not limited to, coordinating meetings, developing presentations, conducting literature reviews and taking minutes.
