ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Program Lead, Sales Enablement will develop, maintain and evolve multiple project plans, sales communications, drive Effectiveness to meet the market-specific needs of the global sales force, and execute a variety of global programs.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enablement, this position necessitates strong program, project management and communication skills, and consistent achievement of defined goals and objectives. You will allocate work among project team members and provide guidance on a regular basis as well as help to define and drive process improvements, new product introductions (NPI), and learning content while conducting periodic reviews to ensure projects are on track.

The high-level, high-impact projects this individual will be responsible for will help ensure the success and efficiency of the organization, and the success of the candidate will directly affect the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create monthly sales communications to the field by soliciting the business for relevant stories and timely updates for the Field Informer and other communications.
  • Help to plan and execute a set of global enablement programs and activities – including hosting WebEx meetings and delivering new learning using the sales enablement platform
  • Maintain the Global Enablement calendar of all events
  • Jive and CMS/Enablement platform coordinator for sustaining all assets
  • Enablement program scheduling, coordination, announcements, recordings and key metrics
  • Joint responsibility for the Enablement platform, including publishing courses and reporting
  • Track Enablement metrics for all Sales, SE, Channel and Manager programs
  • Help program manage and coordinate all product launches, special projects and sales kickoff
  • Ensure all learning documentation is kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Work with a dynamic team to solve the complex challenges which come with a high growth business by identifying the target audience needs, content requirements, training, process and infrastructure to demonstrate and sell effectively
  • Use leading edge program and project management techniques and tools to create a repeatable approach and address innovative solutions to strategic challenges from the business

ABOUT YOU

Dynamic, multi-dimensional, diversely talented. Has the ability to have fun and enjoy the work they do. Preferably experience in technical sales, sales, Instructional Design, Virtual and Face-to-Face workshop facilitation, and coaching. Technically oriented with strong business acumen. Drives work to complete with solid project and program management skills.

Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success

  • Experience creating and running enablement programs with defined KPIs and Metrics
  • Content management production experience, specifically as it pertains to alignment of marketing or product content into a usable learning format
  • Experience with key instructional design authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Captivate) and modern enablement learning platforms (MindTickle, Allego, Lessonly, etc)
  • Expertise with blended learning and active learning instructional design and development
  • Experience developing and evolving role-based learning curricula to meet organization specific needs
  • Proven ability to analyze and work with data
  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications
  • Ability to manage conflicts and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of sales enablement experience or program management experience including program design, implementation and measurement for a software or cloud vendor
  • Strong organizational skills with an understanding of sales enablement, sales methodologies and sales process
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand Wind River’s business, sales model, consultative selling methodology, platforms, and services
  • Experience with presenting at all levels, up to the C-suite
  • Ability to effectively motivate teams to produce quality material within tight timeframes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with managing global cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
