The VP, Product Owner-Digital Information & Insights is a product owner role responsible for shaping the strategic product roadmap, leading cross-functional work to coordinate development of industry-leading commerce product offerings, and managing the associated book of work. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the digital business intelligence product suite and associated capabilities for the merchant acquiring business.

This highly collaborative position requires an individual who has demonstrable digital product management and ownership skills and a proven history of successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Defines product strategy and creation of product roadmap
• Creates end to end customer journey and experience
• Understands and uses data to derive actionable outcomes
• Provide strategic thought leadership and create compelling business case to communicate and influence stakeholders
• End to end ownership for projects from conception to deployment
• Understanding of and experience with the Agile methodology
• Product level competitive intelligence and definition of value proposition
• Ensures business and operational readiness for launch of products and enhancements
• Ensures maintenance of an ongoing product controls environment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product or related experience
• Must have prior experience working at a payments, or payment technology company
• Experience in leading and working with cross- functional groups
• Strong project management experience
• Proven ability to drive and deliver a successful product roadmap
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Advanced degree preferred
