Position Summary

As the leader of the WM Client Operations Global Maintenance Programs and Products, you will be responsible for a team of product and project professionals responsible for:

·       Executive level Program Management and Project Management

·       Creating and implementing the Global Strategic vision and delivery plan

·       Product and scrum team ownership

·       Demand management, project resourcing, assessment and prioritization

·       Transformational/Change leadership to Agile and Product Ownership methodologies

·       Communities of Practice and project management standards for extended teams

•       BA/BS degree recommended 

•       Outcome oriented: Strong business acumen and expertise in defining business priorities, establishing business and technology plans/roadmaps, financial management and portfolio management

•       Problem solving skills: Passionate problem solver and critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a superior ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop solutions

•       Relationship building skills: Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view

•       Communication skills: Structured thinker, must be able to concisely and comprehensively explain complex ideas and processes. The candidate must possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas

•       Project management/Scrum Master skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and adapt to changing business priorities and/or capacity

•       Strategic implementation skills: Ability to apply strategic thinking/approaches into a process to ensure effective design and delivery; experience with agile product development techniques and continues integration philosophies and practices for speed to market

•       Strong global leadership: Ability to lead and drive change for the global organization

•       Uplift Service & Impact Outcomes: For clients, users and business partners
