The Investment Field Support team is responsible for the strategy, execution and ongoing support for the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Field as it relates to the all things impacting the Advisor Desktop.  Our team drives forward initiatives and advances the strategic roadmap while modernizing technology delivery through a multi skilled workforce. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and address evolving business and operations priorities from a technology perspective across Wealth Management

  • Effectively communicate key messages to all stakeholders, acting as a trusted partners and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle

  • Work with Advisor Central Program Owner to define & execute on strategic program deliverables related to Chase Wealth Management transformational roadmap directly impacting the CWM Front Office

  • Partner with project stakeholders in Consumer and Community Banking and Asset Wealth Management lines of business to support key business objectives and manage prioritization / review of initiatives prior to field implementation
  • Partner with project /product leads to ensure all roadmap items are consistently executing against the strategy and goals of the CWM business
  • Work collaboratively with team members across impacted businesses and functional areas to ensure Field Readiness, Training, Communications, Procedures, and Implementation strategies are all in place prior to field implementation
  • Ensure that approach and deliverables comply with internal governance, standards and policies
  • Assist in creation of senior management updates and presentations as it relates to upcoming initiatives affecting the CWM Front Office
  • Assist Program/Project managers to execute and provide oversight of pilots to launch and test initiatives prior to National implementation of new tools and functionality impacting the CWM Front Office
  • Monitor results of pilots based on performance, customer and field feedback and operational insights
  • Lead all partners and product owners of key programs through the necessary Change Management and governance processes within CWM
  • Identify and remove barriers to execution, communicating project updates clearly and transparently to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Participate in meetings at the operational and project level; providing continuous feedback on project status and function as the overall escalation point to ensure the project tracts to original expectations
  • Identify risks and escalate project issues quickly and appropriately, helping to resolve with solution-focused mindset

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience managing large scale projects (preferably in a Wealth Management or Branch setting)
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured, dynamic environment
  • An outstanding ability to apply quantitative and strategic approaches, communicate effectively (both verbally and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, comfort juggling a dynamic and complex piece of work
  • Excellent end-to-end problem solving skills, including developing logical, actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
