Job Description

Role Expectation:

As a leader in your domain, you will drive our organization business processes across the Leadership team for our Infrastructure organization.  Working in partnership with organizational leaders on the Operating Council, you will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to modernize how organizations perform. Establishing a clear and transparent alignment and contribution to our client’s business priorities.

Championing all aspects of how the organization operates, enhancing abilities, adopting  industry leading modern practices and processes, you’ll lead an extended team of highly inspired and inquisitive technology leaders on jointly establishing and promoting  behaviors, principles and operating practices that complement and enhance the team’s  performance. You will orchestrate the agenda of the leadership team, ensuring that commitments outside the organization are achieved and the internal cadence and focus on key topics are maintained.  

 

With your experience and high standards in modern practices and processes, your strong effective engagement style will raise our game even more, providing clearly defined operating practices and execution plans, that achieve technical, business and organizational value. As a constant learner, and early adopter, you are already embracing new methodologies and practices. You will leverage the technical resources of the business, the global technology organizations and external organizations to successfully execute the organization roadmap. Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to stay ahead of changing business priorities and respond quickly to emerging needs.

As a change agent, you will also apply your leadership skills to a variety of organizational and business needs, delivering on both tactical and strategical goals.

 

Responsibilities:

Champion the organization operating model and leadership practices across the Infrastructure organization. Successfully executing those practices with a common cadence and focus, allowing each team within the organization to focus on their clients’ needs.

Provide thought leadership, structure, process and engagement on the agenda of the operating council, responsible for the scheduling and follow-through on all commitments and cross-team initiatives.

Leverage a deep understanding of our strategy and our clients’ objectives to successfully drive organizational wide initiatives, and influence and collaborate across your extended teams.

Represent our organization at the business level, developing business wide processes and tools to simplify and optimize the overall business portfolio management.

Introduce innovation and new concepts to proactively advance how you achieve your goals.

- Decision making: Accountable for all decisions related to the Strategy and roadmap execution.

 

- Project Planning and Tracking: Develops program / project structure to address situations not addressed by standard project approaches and methodologies
