As a leader in your domain, you will drive our organizational performance initiative across all teams.  Working in partnership with the product teams, you will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to modernize how organizational performance is measured. Establishing a clear and transparent alignment to our client’s business priorities.  Championing all aspects of organizational performance measurement, you’ll lead an extended team of highly inspired and inquisitive technologists on jointly establishing a clear performance framework for the organization and initiatives, with responsibility for executing that framework and communicating our performance to executives, partners and clients.

 

With your experience and high standards in modern performance practices, your strong effective engagement style, in partnership with our corporate performance and portal teams, will raise our game even more, delivering clear and simple technical, business and organizational value. As a constant learner, and early adopter, you are already embracing new methodologies and practices. You will leverage the technical resources of the business, the global technology organizations and external organizations to successfully execute the performance roadmap. Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to stay ahead of changing business priorities and respond quickly to emerging needs.  As a change agent, you will also apply your leadership skills to a variety of organizational and business needs, delivering on both tactical and strategical goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the organizational, initiative and product performance strategy for all our Infrastructure and services, executing that strategy across the organization delivering to our clients.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of our strategy and our clients’ objectives to successfully drive initiatives, and influence and collaborate across your extended teams.
  • Introduce innovation and new concepts to proactively advance how you achieve your goals.
  • Employ agility, and large-scale scrum practices to adapt to your changing environment, supporting an open and transparent dialogue with your stake holders.
  • You will raise the abilities of your colleagues, supporting structured measurement and performance plans across all initiatives and product lifecycles.
  • The role will require strong partnership with Infrastructure leadership and engineering, architecture, communication teams and a deep understanding of the objectives, key results and roadmaps within the organization.  Maintaining, always, a client obsessed mindset.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa.
  • Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and resource planning.
  • Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design.
  • Organizational Ability: Ability to apply organizational agility skills working with Senior Managers and technology practitioners.
  • Ability to drive change: Disrupt the status quo and drive adoptions of new practices and behaviors.
  • Experience resolving issues through mediation and/or escalation to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to simplify technical complexity into business value.
  • Ability to constantly make progress to program goals in the face of conflicting priorities.
  • Accountable for all decisions related to the Strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Ability to develop program / project structure to address situations not addressed by standard project approaches and methodologies.
  • Industry leading analytical skills and techniques, able to share that knowledge with others.
