Additionally, you receive tons of exposure as you\u0027re constantly interacting with candidates, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Goldman Recruiters as well as with the compensation, global mobility, and immigration teams.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe Role:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe OM Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the offer management stage of a candidate\u0027s experience during the Goldman Sachs interview process.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities will include:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Client and candidate communication\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Often coordinating offer for multiple locations and participants \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Preparing offer and employment documentation \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Candidate on-boarding for all parts of the offer stage\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Offer and activity reporting/tracking\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Process development and improvement \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Other administrative support as assigned\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe Impact:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThis is a critical function within the ADP RPO team and will involve exposure to a wide range of both Goldman Sachs and ADP RPO stakeholders, at all levels.
