Salesforce Technical Business Analyst - Digital Sales Technology

Job Description

Position Summary:


The Digital Sales Technology Team is implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud using the latest trends in digital experience and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers. The team is searching for a Salesforce Configuration Technical Business Analyst.



Responsibilities include:   

  • Filtering business requirements against standard Salesforce functionality
  • Providing guidance to the business on implementation strategies

  • Solutioning for complex problems using out of the box Salesforce features

  • Influencing at all levels without straight line authority

  • Providing Salesforce product expertise, combining business knowledge and technical skill

  • Configuring Salesforce instances to accommodate user stories where applicable

  • Creating and documenting user stories in JIRA including acceptance criteria

  • Creating proof of concepts and design mock-ups

  • Translating user stories into technical stories



  • Demonstrated, strong and extensive Business Analyst work experience, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Solid Business process engineering skills utilizing Salesforce CRM platform

  • Ability to provide ongoing business support to the users for the CRM platform

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI, as well as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

  • Solid understanding and the ability to solution for Salesforce integration with other Systems

  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

  • Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document

  • An understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform

  • Experience working with Development teams

  • Familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.), as well as with SDLC tools and agile development methodology

  • The ability to provide best practives for Salesforce

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator required

  • Certified platform app builder required
