In the Open banking Integration and Partnership team, our main goal is to deliver solutions to our clients that enables them access to their bank data in real time, anywhere they need it. We leverage our broad API portfolio and work with third party vendors such as TMS and ERP solutions to create better connectivity options for our clients. We also work on J.P Morgan branded stand-alone solutions. All products are driven by a desire to solve a specific issue for our clients and we bring our clients in throughout our development journey to ensure that the final product is in line with their expectations and needs. The specific role we have open now, is a position that will work closely with third party solutions such as TMS or ERP solutions. The goal is to build partnerships and leverage our new technology to facilitate and automate processes for our joint clients.


We expect that you will bring the following traits to our innovative team: 

  • Knowledge of Treasury ecosystems such as TMS and ERP providers including deep understanding of Corporate Treasury processes and pain points.
  • Passion for innovation and an ability to drive business process transformation through client involvement, analysis and solution design
  • Focus on delivering a superior customer experience
  • Find new and innovative ways of embedding J.P Morgan solutions in client core solutions

Skills we are seeking
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships that focus on a customer first mindset, streamlined onboarding and product adoption
  • Ability to help drive vision of product portfolio and convert vision into tangible deliverables
  • Help support product team on design, test and execution of development
  • Create customer adoption strategies by building support for prototypes, pilot projects and developer tools

  • Strong project management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to identify opportunities based on new information and market opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Motivated individual with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and lead efforts associated with key deliverables while collaborating with several teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings and steer discussions accordingly
  • Superior project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong desire to build an understanding of API solutions, open banking, and technology trends that impact our business
  • Passion for digital solutions, including web based and mobile platform
  • Desire to learn Agile and Iterative development methodologies including design thinking
  • A demonstrated level of understanding of the financial services industry, specifically the Treasury Services business
  • Experience with TMS or ERP solutions
