The Role:

Chase Consumer & Community Bank is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to join the Marketing Platforms Product Team, within the Performance Marketing department.

The Marketing Platforms Product Team works cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy scalable products that enable marketing, operations, and data scientists to deliver personalized experiences that improve both customer engagement and business outcomes. The team consists of world-class product managers who oversee a portfolio of products including a machine learning (ML) decision engine, dynamic content platform, and business workflow tools. Collectively, these products help drive digital transformation within the bank and produce positive outcomes for Chase customers.

The successful candidate will join this dynamic team and operate in a fast-paced environment to make a meaningful and measureable impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Product Manager on the Marketing Platforms Product Team will:

  • Independently manage and evolve a component of the product roadmap and backlog
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders
  • Engage a cross-functional team to identify product requirements and define user stories
  • Prioritize requests and development activity, taking into account the product roadmap, business outcomes, and customer impact
  • Partner with a skilled group of technologists on our Digital Technology team to deliver and deploy high quality solutions through Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, LeSS, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the product support team to ensure ongoing maintenance and performance
  • Actively problem solve, gain alignment, and communicate product status to a diverse set of stakeholders across lines-of-businesses, marketing, operations, and technology
  • Establish processes and document methodologies, benchmarks, and key learnings that contribute to continued evolution of the product and the product team


  • 3-5 years with hands-on product management experience, consulting, technology, business analysis, or relevant transferrable skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey strategic implications and actionable recommendations to all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong working partnerships across teams, disciplines, and organizations
  • Skilled at presenting fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; “tell a story” with data
  • Proven analytical and strategic decision making skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information
  • Ability and desire to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels
  • Hands-on experience building products or running projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Familiarity with web analytics, customer segmentation analysis, and marketing analytics

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform to high standards while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business, engineering, technology, or related field
