Senior Associate - Digital Product Associate - New York, New York

Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Product Associate to work within the Digital Pay Chase space.  In this role, the candidate will work on delivering innovative functionality across the Consumer Lending lines of business (e.g., Card Services, Home Lending & Auto), leveraging internal and external tools and partnerships. This individual will have to quickly understand the business’ unique needs and apply his/her expertise to help the business drive to a solution that meets user pain and Chase objectives. He/she will then collaborate with product owners to see through the execution and product development lifecycle. The individual will work closely with business, technology, and manage an ever evolving roadmap.  

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with design, engineering and line of business  teams to drive new product initiatives
  • Develop products and services that deliver innovative experiences and at the same time remove friction from the banking process;
  • Define new product feature epics and stories working collaboratively with business, design and engineering teams to ensure delivery of product vision and roadmap;
  • Create concise, compelling content and business case to present and sell concepts through to senior management;
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives;
  • Help define product initiatives for new features and optimizations of existing ones, and incorporate them into product roadmaps;
  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.  Identify market opportunities and define product strategy to reflect those;
  • Lead cross-functional team across multiple scrum teams, environments teams, QA, designers, content editorial for on-time delivery;
  • Perform User Acceptance testing per release requirements;
  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term;
  • Coordinate backlog for defect resolution.  Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, product requirements to support development;




  • Must be proactive, results driven and have a proven track record of execution
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends;
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions;
  • Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model;
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure;
  • Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of development lifecycle - agile is a plus
  • 3-5 years experience related to online and mobile product development
  • Strong knowledge of current digital banking trends
  • Ability to build high-level mocks for concept sharing for prototype phase
  • Demonstrate people management and team-building skills
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Analytical with a focus on KPI’s and measurement
  • Financial services preferred but not required
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field required
