It is expected to manage a minimum of 16 profile interviews up to (but not limited to) 30\u002B on a daily basis with an increment of 15 to 30 minutes length of time per Candidate. As a representative of the company, he/she will need to ensure the interest of the Candidate to the role, conduct inquiry on the Candidate\u0027s work history, education as well as related work experiences that may be advantageous to the position applying for.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct the Candidate interviews via phone contacting various number of Candidates per day and establish good rapport while asking behavioral \u0026 technical questions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProperly document all interview transactions in the system for reference to endorsement.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERequired to make a decision on those Candidates to be endorsed to the 2nd level interviews with the client\u0027s Hiring Manager.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssigned to provide the Candidates the next steps in the Recruitment process\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOther administrative tasks will be assigned as needed\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIREMENTS :\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGraduate of a Bachelor\u0027s degree related to Psychology and other Social Sciences, Business Administration with a major in Human Resources is preferred; open to Fresh Graduates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E1-2 years experience in a related field in local Human Resources specializing in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in various industries is highly preferred Experience in a Recruitment Process Outsource is a plus\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent command of the English language in spoken and written approach is required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorking knowledge in MS Office, internet applications and usage of databases is required.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECOMPETENCIES :\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EStrategy and Planning\u003C/strong\u003E - Ability to manage workload on a daily basis to accomplish individual goals aligned with the Business Unit objectives and strategy.
