Operations Sr Specialist I - Milwaukee, WI

Job Description

As a Loan Administrator in our Operations Center, you are responsible for performing basic clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry, and open correspondence.  In this role, you will perform the following functions:

  1. Creating and maintaining loan files
  2. Distributing loan files to the Underwriting Department
  3. Pulling and reconciling team reports
  4. Processing and distributing various correspondence
  5. Distributing documents to the Underwriting Department

  • Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Exhibits increased proficiency in duties and expanded knowledge and application of software packages
  • Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling)
  • Ability to adapt to procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • At least three years
  • Previous mortgage banking experience
