The Product Manager, End to End Client Integration role will be a key driver for the future landscape and expansion of our modernized offerings.  In addition, the Product Manager will work with other members of the Product organization across the various lines of business to develop and execute the Merchant Services product roadmap necessary to make CMS the leading and preferred payment network for merchants for payment transactions.


Responsibilities:


  • Assess current state of client integration testing across functions within Merchant Services

  • Investigate existing testing strategies within the organization

  • Outline a strategic vision for Merchant Services end to end testing from transaction to reconciliation

  • Partner with client engagement and journey teams to reimagine the client integration strategy and process

  • Influence cross-functional partners to ensure the appropriate testing strategy is deployed

  • Create a market leading experience which accelerate client integration timelines and ensures confidence prior to migrating to production

  • Assist in ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm- wide guidelines.  Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects to ensure successful launch of project at completion.

  • Develop business cases as necessary to support vision

  • Identify issues quickly, escalate and bring to closure of the success of the project and client experience.

  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members


  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of five  years of experience in product management/development in a product focused organization

  • Consulting background preferred with exceptional influencing skills

  • Familiarity with API integration concepts and client pain points

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization

  • Strong background in payments including acquiring/acceptance/payment processing and/or digital payments

  • Understanding of card present and card not present transactions across industry segments and platforms

  • Computer science / systems development knowledge

  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and deployment of new payment solutions within an Agile environment

  • Talent for communication of complex business topics

  • Expertise in collaborating directly with clients to drive new product development
