Position Summary: 

 


The Senior Product Manager, Core Inform Domain Lead will be responsible for client reporting product offerings which offer clients insights into their business in order for them to reconcile and make business decisions.  Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will have responsibility for overseeing and partnering with our technical writing teams to ensure accurate documentation of the product set.

 

 

The key objectives of this role centers on delivering a best in class client reporting product, for new and existing clients, across core platforms.

 

   

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be a steward of client reporting, whereby:

    • Serve as main point of contact for internal partners in relationship management, technology, PNO, risk/controls, product, and operations.

    • Analyze both new and existing content for consistency of style and tone per style guide(s), while taking into consideration the industry trends and compliance requirements for client-facing documentation.

    • Lead multiple product owners to the delivery of a minimum viable product which represents efficient, effective and client obsessed solutions

  • Build strategy to improve the technical content which supports Merchant Services clients, software integrators, and internal business partners. Strategy should be focused on a simplified content approach which explains complex information in a clear and concise manner, while maintaining and building appropriate controls to ensure accuracy of content.

  • Run a best in class operational documentation process to ensure Merchant Services is always delivering current and timely new technical specifications.

  • Foster an innovative and impactful organization with a strong focus on talent development

  • Exercise decision making authority; be willing to say no

 

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Merchant-acquiring payments industry experience preferred.
  • Leading Product: Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize deliverables.  Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize deliverables. Superior written and oral communication and grammatical skills with exceptional attention to detail, including:

     

    • Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.

    • Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly for multiple audiences.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and procedures to improve efficiencies.

     

  • Influencing and Inspiring: Success will be highly correlated with strong collaborative and influencing abilities across a highly matrixed environment, including:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively partner with various internal functional areas.
    • Strong research and problem-solving skills, as well as a collaborative attitude.
    • Ability to problem-solve and clearly articulate objectives and the required path(s) to implement new process/program
    • Sense of urgency with disposition to execute and a demonstrated career of successful program implementations
