Chase is seeking a Product Manager of Sales Experiences to invent and deliver products and experiences that power client growth, create a seamless experience for our sales teams, and establish Chase as the preferred payments provider to small and mid-sized businesses.
The Product Manager of Sales Experiences will own product strategy and deliverables that culminate in a great banking and payments experience for small to mid-sized businesses. This individual will be responsible for understanding merchant and sales team needs, articulating product vision, defining user stories, identifying success metrics & collaborating with cross functional teams to build and launch new product initiatives.
The Product Manager of Sales Experiences will focus on building and innovating, as well as optimizing sales experiences over time. They will gain a deep expertise in multiple areas related to payments, including merchant onboarding, credit card processing, point-of-sale solutions, and risk, controls, and compliance. They will also gain a deeper understanding of Chase customers across various verticals, including retail, restaurants, and professional services merchants.
Develop a product vision & roadmap to transform the Chase Merchant Services small business sales experience with tools to enable these internal teams to board merchants in minutes to a variety of proprietary products and third party software solutions
Partner with product and engineering teams across WePay and Chase to deliver against the roadmap, including enhancements to tools such as Salesforce and systems used within the Chase branch network to open and refer merchant services accounts
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify internal client needs
Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to bring innovative products to the market
Define and track metrics that inform the success of your product initiatives
Build offerings that make it easy for sales teams to create easy and compelling client onboarding experiences
Develop strategies for sales-facing tools that consider the various needs of end customers depending on their size and sophistication
Evaluate and integrate with third-party vendors where appropriate in order to meet our customer’s payment needs
Aptitude to learn, solve challenging problems and a passion to deliver great user experiences
3+ years product management experience building SaaS products for businesses, with a strong track record of success
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Experience creating wireframes to communicate concept and product ideas
Experience working on accounting, reconciliation and/or business intelligence systems
An obsession with customer research, product fidelity and user experience
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field
