Role Description
  • Maintain customers and vendors in 1KC systems based on agreed proccesses.

Key Tasks
  • Close Business Efecte requests on time
  • Maintain 1KC system with good quality of data
  • Uses webtool Business Efecte for receiving customer and vendor requests.
    Uses Business Efecte functionalities properly
    Resolves returned cases based on agreed rules
    Resolves received requests on time
  • Maintains information received from Business Efecte in GCM (Global Company Master)
    Verifies information with D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) and other agreed sources
    Performs duplicate check
    Resolves discrepancies if any by communicating requester
    Adds subscriptions based on request and additional rules.
  • Maintains information received from Business Efecte in SAP (Legacy system)
    Checks if data from GCM is transferred to SAP
    Fills in additional fields
  • Maintains information received from Business Efecte in Siebel/CRM
    Checks if data from GCM is transferred to Siebel
    Fills in additional fields
  • Takes part in migration tasks, cleansing activities and global serving if any
  • Gives feedback from the requesters to team lead
  • Makes proposals how to improve systems processes
  • Support other team members
  • Supervise quality of requests from both (requester and requester handler) sides
  • Processes FSSC Help Desk tickets through Service Now
  • Utilizes tax software (Vertex) to set up and upload customer tax exemption certificates

Education
  • Vocational education in accounting, IT, Data processing field

Experience and competences:
  • Good command of written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Accurate; Attention to detail
  • Works well on computer; knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Must be flexible and able to multitask
  • Self-driven work attitude
  • Ability for problem solving in systematic and customer service oriented way
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding and experience in working with databases.
  • Routine tolerance
